KYGUNCO is a fast-growing company that blends technology with retail to deliver real-world solutions. Were looking for a System Administrator to join our team onsite. If youre experienced resourceful and ready to grow your skills while keeping critical systems running smoothly we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do
- Maintain and support IT systems: servers (Windows/Linux) desktops laptops printers and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts group policies security permissions and Active Directory
- Perform network administration tasks including support for LAN/WAN firewalls VPNs and wireless access points
- Monitor and apply system updates patches and backups
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide end-user support
- Assist with IT projects: hardware rollouts new software server migrations etc.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on system improvements
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of hands-on experience in IT or system administration
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Active Directory DHCP DNS and Group Policy
- Understanding of networking fundamentals: VLANs VPNs routing etc.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with multi-site environments
- Exposure to virtualization backups and security tools
