***This position is a Hybrid role available in Vancouver BC.***
About the role:
This position will be responsible for accounting and support for operations as well as assisting the Accounting and Treasury teams in fulfilling their mandate.
In this role you will:
Ensures timely and effective support to all departments relative to accounting analysis and controls
Assists in preparation of working papers for accruals journal entries and account reconciliations for units within area of responsibility
Assists in processing and recording daily cash receipts into the accounting and customer management systems
Assists in preparation of journal entries to record Valuation deposits
Assists in preparation of journal entries to record REMS deposits
Fields Customer Accounts Receivable inquires
Monitors various shared team email in-boxes and responds to queries
Prepares daily and monthly bank reconciliations
What you bring:
1 year of experience in an accounting position (transactional volume experience is preferred).
Degree or Diploma in Accounting.
A self-motivated individual with customer service orientation and can do attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $56250.00 to $65000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
