Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a litigation caseload with an emphasis on personal injury and bodily injury claims
Conduct initial case evaluations develop litigation strategies and provide risk assessments
Draft review and respond to pleadings motions discovery requests and other legal documents
Conduct depositions mediations and settlement negotiations
Represent clients in court appearances hearings and trials presenting evidence and arguments to secure favorable outcomes
Possibly manage and mentor litigation and pre-suit attorneys as well as paralegals and support staff assigned to cases
Maintain ongoing communication with clients experts and opposing counsel to ensure effective case progression
File motions and appeals as necessary to advance clients interests
Adhere to the firms litigation processes and maintain organized detail-oriented case files

Salary: Competitive compensation based on experience
Schedule: This position is ON-SITE in our Fort. Lauderdale office with no remote/ hybrid schedule. Schedule is Monday Friday 8-hour shifts 9:00am-6:30pm
