Key responsibilities include:

Conducting thorough case analysis and legal research
Drafting and filing motions pleadings and other legal documents
Taking and defending depositions
Managing all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes
