What Youll Do:
Provide direct supervision of assigned residents and ensure a safe comfortable environment
Sit in the residents room with an unobstructed view to ensure safety
Assist residents with activities of choice such as nail care hair care or aromatherapy
Accompany residents to smoke breaks therapy or clinical tests/procedures
Support CNAs with resident ADLs (activities of daily living) when requested
Orient residents and families to the facility and help track personal belongings
Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and care details
Observe report and communicate with nurses and care staff as needed
