Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Call Center Agent to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Provide information about services and answer queries related to architecture and design projects.
- Document all interactions accurately in the company s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner.
- Resolve client issues or complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the operations of CWA Group.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computers and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Familiarity with the architecture or construction industry is an advantage.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
Salary: $22.50 - $28.50
