We are seeking a professional and proactive HR Manager to manage day-to-day human resources operations in our visa consultancy office. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment training HR documentation and employee engagement ensuring a positive and productive workplace aligned with company goals.
-Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings interviews and onboarding.
-Design and implement structured systems for sourcing and selecting the best candidates.
-Conduct orientation sessions and training programs for new and existing -employees.
-Maintain and update employee records attendance and leave management systems
-Define and track KPIs and performance metrics.
-Conduct regular performance appraisals with department heads.
-Support employee engagement and professional development initiatives.
-Handle grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR standards.
-Assist in payroll preparation with attendance leaves and bonus records.
-Collaborate with management on workforce planning and organizational growth.
-Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
-3 years of HR management experience (preferably in consultancies or service industries).
-Strong expertise in recruitment training performance management and payroll.
-Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
-Excellent problem-solving interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS preferred).
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
