Senior technical leader responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive technology solutions to ensures alignment of technology architecture with business goals and stakeholder expectations
Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales & Solutionin
- Engage clients to assess requirements and demonstrate technology capabilities.
- Tailor solution architectures to support business growth and value creation.
- Lead technical aspects of bids proposals and cost estimates.
Architecture Design & Standards
- Design end-to-end IT solutions encompassing applications infrastructure (cloud/on-prem) security and integration.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards regulations and best practices.
- Lead evaluations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility.
Project Delivery
- Oversee full project lifecycle: planning development implementation integration testing and deployment.
- Guide agile or traditional delivery processes focusing on quality and continuous improvement.
Provide ongoing technical support and optimization throughout solution lifecycle.
Technical Thought Leadership
- Stay abreast of current and emerging technologies relevant to the organization.
- Introduce innovations and best practices into solution designs and delivery.
- Act as subject matter expert and quality assurer for technical solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams partners and clients to ensure solution success.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor coach and develop junior team members.
The ideal profile should have:
- 10 years experience in solution design enterprise architecture and technical leadership.
- Proven success delivering large-scale integrated scalable and secure systems.
- Expertise in areas such as software architecture cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) security data analytics and system integration.
- Strong grasp of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Effective stakeholder manager able to build trust and articulate value.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience mentoring technical talent and fostering collaborative environments.
