Job Description

Company Background:
Our client established in 2023 and based in Subang Jaya. With manufacturing and R&D facilities across China and Vietnam our client specializes in high-quality industrial lubricants including hydraulic oils gear oils greases cutting oils and rust inhibitors. The company emphasizes innovation sustainability and complete lubrication solutions for diverse industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding payroll and employee records management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and statutory requirements (EPF SOCSO EIS income tax etc.).
  • Support performance management employee engagement and training initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances fostering positive workplace culture and assisting in disciplinary matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and support management in HR planning and decision-making.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR working experience.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: Basic RM4.5k - RM5.5k Fixed Allowances can up to RM7.2k
