Job Description
Company Background:
Our client established in 2023 and based in Subang Jaya. With manufacturing and R&D facilities across China and Vietnam our client specializes in high-quality industrial lubricants including hydraulic oils gear oils greases cutting oils and rust inhibitors. The company emphasizes innovation sustainability and complete lubrication solutions for diverse industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding payroll and employee records management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and statutory requirements (EPF SOCSO EIS income tax etc.).

Support performance management employee engagement and training initiatives.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances fostering positive workplace culture and assisting in disciplinary matters.

Prepare HR reports and support management in HR planning and decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of HR working experience.

Good knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR best practices.

Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: Basic RM4.5k - RM5.5k Fixed Allowances can up to RM7.2k
