Ecolab is seeking an Assembler to join our team. In this hands-on position youll contribute to the reliability and performance of our systems by performing essential checks supporting re-manufacturing operations and ensuring every piece of equipment meets our high standards for safety and quality. Youll also help drive continuous improvement by using TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tools and sharing insights that enhance efficiency and service.

How Youll Make an Impact:

  • Assemble mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic components with precision ensuring every build meets exact specifications and supports operational excellence

  • Perform hydraulic and electrical checks to confirm equipment is functioning safely and reliably before it returns to service

  • Lead re-manufacturing tasksfrom disassembly and inspection to minor repairs and reassemblyrestoring equipment to peak condition

  • Follow process and specification sheets with accuracy and consistency setting the standard for quality and compliance

  • Complete labor reporting and recordkeeping with attention to detail ensuring transparency and accountability

  • Use TPM tools to drive improvements in safety efficiency and customer service while reducing operational costs

  • Communicate proactively about maintenance needs quality concerns or anything that could impact safety or productivityensuring issues are addressed before they escalate

  • Keep leadership informed on daily activities and operational challenges contributing to a culture of openness and continuous improvement

  • Support the development of others by assisting in training teammates and sharing knowledge

  • Step in wherever needed to help the team meet its goals and deliver on shared commitments

Position Details:

  • Location: High Point NC

  • Work Week & Shift:1st Shift / M-F / 6 AM-2:30 PM

  • Compensation: $17 / hr

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Immigration Sponsorship not available for this opportunity

Physical Demands:

  • Position requires lifting/carrying 50lbs

  • Position requires standing upwards for up to 10 hours/ day

  • Position requires passing a drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic math ability

  • Experience using hand and power tools

  • Collaborative and team-orientated

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Time-management and communication skills

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $17.00 / hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as experience education training geography etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
