The Assembler will work hands-on in a clean modern facilityperforming mechanical assembly ensuring dimensional accuracy and helping maintain production flow. What Youll Do

Interpret blueprints technical drawings and assembly instructions to build parts with precision.
Perform mechanical assembly using fasteners rivets adhesives and related tools.
Inspect components and assemblies to ensure top-tier quality and dimensional accuracy.
Operate hand and power tools safely in daily work.
Collaborate with fabrication and welding teams to meet production goals.
Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace in compliance with 5S and OSHA standards.
Document work in ERP/job tracking systems accurately.
Report and assist in resolving defects or non-conformances promptly.

What You Bring

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions.
Experience with hand and power tools in an industrial setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Positive attitude team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position is safety-sensitive and involves:

Handling packaging and transporting materials.
Operating equipment and machinery safely.
Standing bending squatting and climbing for extended periods.
Lifting pushing or pulling parts weighing up to 50 lbs (team lifting and devices used when possible).
