Job Summary

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assemble fabricate and clean parts to subassemblies and complete units.

Test calibrate inspect and certify parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Read and identify blueprint requirements such as: Epicor receiving/ rejecting parts Final inspection identify exception and file all documents

Epicor verification buy off and stamp hard card In-Process inspection/ verification all test certs are in hard card Measure all sealing surfaces and O-ring depth.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Basic reading writing and arithmetic skills required.

Basic Computer Skills. Ability to use hand tools torque wrenches and small power tools.

Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.

Knowledge and the use of calipers torque wrenches helicoil keensert and Leeplug installation tools.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 0 3 years manufacturing/assembly experience

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to work standing for periods of time.
