Job Title: Accounting & Finance Clerk
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:$22.50/hour

Temporary to Hire in Albany NY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal individual will be able to multitask effectively meet deadlines consistently and contribute to a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage bank account transfers
  • Support payroll functions
  • Write and review internal procedures
  • Handle client invoicing and reporting
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Manage month-end general ledger closing
  • Track fixed assets
  • Purchase supplies for a production environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to navigate various online platforms including banking systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities
