The Healthcare Associate is charged with providing multifaceted support of service office functions. The position is responsible for overseeing field employee recruiting/onboarding/conversion as well as ongoing employee compliance monitoring/coordination. This position also requires administrative and project support to your Supervisor as requested. This is an entry-level professional position and will offer training and continuing education.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting/Onboarding/Conversion
- Employee Compliance
- Supply ordering
- General administrative functions
- Special projects
- Supporting Client Service Managers
- Youll help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your offices caseload through long-term relationship building with clients referral sources payors and community organizations.
- Sharing responsibility for your team youll develop communicative relationships with client employees and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Four year college degree preferred (prior health care home care and recruiting experience a plus)
- Excellent customer service a must
- A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
- Strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability)
