As a Customer Liability Administrator you will support SASs customer liability team by managing incoming correspondence indexing case information and ensuring timely and accurate processing of legal documentation. Youll be part of shaping the future of customer service at SAS with a strong focus on digitalization automation and process development.
Manage correspondence for the liability team via mail email and online portals.
Index relevant information in a case management system.
Monitor deadlines and validity of powers of attorney and similar documents.
Distribute cases to appropriate owners based on content and competence.
Track receipt status report deviations and initiate necessary actions.

To be successful we believe you have:
Post secondary education or equivalent experience.
At least two years of relevant work experience.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English.
Understanding of legal concepts and their applications.
Willingness to travel within and outside Scandinavia.

Position: Full-time (100%) with a 6-month probation period.
