Job Description
Were looking for a dynamic leader to drive our AI-enabled transformation initiatives across multiple countries. Youll turn business challenges into smart AI solutions guiding projects from start to finish and ensuring they make a real impact.
What Youll Do (General Responsibilities):
Lead and manage complex AI transformation projects independently.
Guide diverse teams including in-house and external engineers business leaders and operations staff.
Translate business problems into practical and scalable AI solutions.
Oversee the entire AI project lifecycle from initial concept to full-scale launch and handover to business teams.
Manage international project rollouts ensuring they meet local regulations and market needs.
Lead large-scale deployments maintaining business operations and encouraging adoption of new tools.
Drive change management engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels including executive leadership.
Communicate effectively and use strategic influence to implement change.
Report project performance and return on investment (ROI) to Director and Executive-level stakeholders.
Your Leadership Role:
Coordinate efforts with teams across different regions functions and business units.
Build consensus and gain buy-in from various stakeholders.
Be a role model fostering a culture of agility growth data-driven decisions and teamwork.
Support the hiring onboarding and skill development of your transformation team.
What Youll Bring (Job Requirements):
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills especially for AI challenges.
Proven ability to understand business needs and align AI solutions with commercial goals.
Experience in Healthcare Supply Chain and/or Distribution industries.
Deep expertise in program management and leading organizational change.
Hands-on experience in designing deploying and scaling AI solutions.
Solid understanding of process improvement automation and digital tools.
Fluent in English.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI) and AI platforms (e.g. Power Automate PowerApps Azure).
Knowledge of development languages (C# Python) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; great at engaging with people.
Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in rapidly changing environments.
Resilient results-focused and comfortable navigating uncertain situations.
An effective team player who thrives in diverse multicultural settings.
Education:
An MBA or Masters degree in Data Science Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in transformation consulting or digital roles.
At least 2 years of experience leading AI-enabled projects at a regional or global scale.
A proven track record of successfully delivering scaling and handing over AI solutions to business teams.
