Job Opportunity - Contract Bilingual Customer Success Representative with 4myBenefits in Cincinnati OH

We are seeking individuals interested in customer service to join our team-oriented environment from mid-September through November 28 2025. This position is with a company in a stable and growing industry. If you meet these criteria please contact us for more information!

This position is a contract-based role and as a Contract Bilingual Customer Success Representative you will serve as the initial point of contact for employees aiding in inquiries related to their health benefits coverage and related matters.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Available to start from mid-September until November 28 2025.
  • Open to full-time onsite work (remote full-time opportunities available for bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates).
  • Respond to inbound calls from client employees regarding health insurance benefits eligibility and coverage.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health plan policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality customer satisfaction and response time.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare administration Business Communications or a related field; preferred.
  • Bilingual skills; preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
