- At least 3-5 years compensation and benefits experience in (Payroll Timekeeping Employee Benefits & Government Mandated Benefits)
JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Payroll Timekeeping Employee Benefits & Government Mandated Benefits
- Processes & administers accurate & timely submission of attendance summary ofall Office employees/Weekly-paid workers to Accounting& Third-Party workers tothe Coop.
- Stay updated on new developments in wages and benefits; assist in the execution of mandated wage increases and statutory benefits
- Benefits Administration - Administers & assists employees on all:
- Government-mandated Benefits - SSS PhilHealth Pag-Ibig & BIR concernsfromapplications/filing to updating & successful availment of these benefits which includes but not limited tomonitor postings of remittance payments by the coop of contributions and loan payments of coop members &attends to questions and concerns re these benefits
- Company-initiated Benefits- HMOdistribution of benefit membership cards;annual physical exams company uniform including safety shoes fitting and distribution; allowances perfect attendance award and others at the same time conducting orientations on benefits as necessary
- Health & Wellness- Administers & coordinates with Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)for the annual physical examination and assists employees on all HMO-related services
