Were looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Annapolis team. This is a key front-office role where youll create a welcoming first impression and help patients feel supported throughout their care.
What Youll Do:
Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
Collect copayments and reconcile daily postings
Assist with paperwork and outcome measures
Keep the front desk and reception area neat and organized
Provide excellent service by answering questions and assisting patients
What Were Looking For:
Strong customer service and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Healthcare or physical therapy office experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Sheets helpful
Friendly detail-oriented and reliable personality
