Patient Care Coordinator - Voice of the Company (Sales/Lead Conversion)
At Breakaway Physical Therapy we dont just treat symptoms we help people get back to the activities they love. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to become the Voice of the Company. In this role youll be the first point of contact for potential clients responsible for building strong relationships by truly understanding their goals and showing how our personalized therapy can help them achieve long-term success.
As an out-of-network clinic we offer a unique approach to care and its your job to guide patients through their journey helping them feel confident and supported every step of the way.

As an out-of-network clinic we offer a unique approach to care and its your job to guide patients through their journey helping them feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients asking thoughtful questions to uncover their health challenges and the goals they want to achieve whether its running yoga or just being able to go about their day without issues
- Use active listening to build strong trusting relationships offering Breakaways personalized services as solutions to help clients achieve their life goals
- Convert leads into scheduled appointments ensuring patients are fully informed and comfortable with the care theyll receive
- Follow up with potential clients who may need more information providing the support and guidance they need to make a confident decision
- Track and improve lead conversion metrics contributing to the clinics growth
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience from first contact through ongoing care
- Sales experience with a focus on relationship-building and understanding client needs
- Excellent communication and active listening skills with the ability to empathize with patients and connect their goals to our services
- Experience working in healthcare or wellness is a plus but not required
- Confidence in discussing out-of-network services and payment structures while maintaining trust and clarity
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads while maintaining a personal touch with each potential client
- Base Pay: $22-$28/hour depending on experience
- Bonus Structure: Additional commission based on lead conversion rates allowing for total compensation up to $60000 annually
