The Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator has the responsibility for the coordination of data collection for the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) which includes Minimum Data Set (MDS) by all appropriate healthcare disciplines and the timely transmission of the MDS to the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). Works with Vice President Post-Acute Care Services Clinical Director of the Transitional Care Unit (TCU and staff to improve the quality of care strengthen the financial performance and improve patient physician and employee satisfaction. This is an exempt position.
