Monitor and assess residents health status recording and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Maintain and update medical records and care documentation.
Supervise LPNs CNAs and other nursing staff as needed.
Uphold infection control safety and quality care standards.
Communicate effectively with residents families and interdisciplinary team members.
