John Hinderer Ford is expanding and we are seeking a high-performing Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager who delivers exceptional client service excels in structuring profitable deals and thrives in a fast-paced process-driven dealership environment.

Who You Are

You are an experienced F&I leader who:

  • Brings 23 years of proven automotive dealership F&I success

  • Thrives in a structured compliant process

  • Understands the power of 300% 100% of the products presented to 100% of customers 100% of the time

  • Excels at building trust with customers lenders and the sales team

  • Communicates with clarity confidence and professionalism

  • Delivers strong PVR product penetration and clean deal funding

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure and secure competitive financing options tailored to customer needs

  • Present and sell value-driven F&I products with confidence and transparency

  • Maintain strong lender relationships to support profitable deal structures

  • Submit deals make credit decisions and close efficiently

  • Ensure all paperwork contracting and compliance requirements are accurate

  • Audit deals for clean funding and identify coaching opportunities for the team

  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure consistent high-quality deal flow

  • Maintain all required certifications and ongoing training

Qualifications

  • 23 years of automotive F&I experience required

  • Strong understanding of indirect lending credit evaluation and deal structure

  • Working knowledge of federal and state compliance menu selling and disclosure standards

  • Proven success in PVR and product penetration performance

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with clients lenders and internal teams

  • Professional ethical and customer-focused decision-making

  • Valid drivers license
