You are an experienced F&I leader who:
Brings 23 years of proven automotive dealership F&I success
Thrives in a structured compliant process
Understands the power of 300% 100% of the products presented to 100% of customers 100% of the time
Excels at building trust with customers lenders and the sales team
Communicates with clarity confidence and professionalism
Delivers strong PVR product penetration and clean deal funding
Key Responsibilities
Structure and secure competitive financing options tailored to customer needs
Present and sell value-driven F&I products with confidence and transparency
Maintain strong lender relationships to support profitable deal structures
Submit deals make credit decisions and close efficiently
Ensure all paperwork contracting and compliance requirements are accurate
Audit deals for clean funding and identify coaching opportunities for the team
Partner with sales leadership to ensure consistent high-quality deal flow
Maintain all required certifications and ongoing training
Qualifications
23 years of automotive F&I experience required
Strong understanding of indirect lending credit evaluation and deal structure
Working knowledge of federal and state compliance menu selling and disclosure standards
Proven success in PVR and product penetration performance
Excellent relationship-building skills with clients lenders and internal teams
Professional ethical and customer-focused decision-making
Valid drivers license
