Who You Are
You are a detail-oriented and motivated early-career as a Supply Chain professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You enjoy working in a collaborative cross-functional environment and are passionate about using data to support better business decisions. You are comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders and thrive in a structured process-driven setting. You demonstrate professionalism in everything you do and value building strong relationships within and outside your team. You are bilingual (English/Spanish) as part of your role.
What Youll Do
As a Supply Chain Student you will:
- Assist with material quotations and supplier sourcing
- Support price negotiations and purchasing terms
- Help evaluate supplier performance
- Manage and organize procurement documentation
- Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors
- Maintain and update internal databases with supplier product and order information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in 6th to 8th semester of Industrial Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
