チームについて
あなたはグローバルのAdvanced AnalyticsチームリードInsights Generationチームビジネスパートナーと密接に連携しながら業務を進めますまたデータサイエンスプロジェクトを支援する外部ベンダーとも協働しますこのポジションは患者価値の最大化を目指しデータに基づく実行可能なインサイトを提供することをミッションとしています
主な業務内容
高度な分析手法を活用しビジネス課題に対するインサイトを提供
AI/分析プロジェクトの設計実行運用管理
Go-to-Market領域における戦略的パートナーとしての協働
社内外ステークホルダーとの連携による分析計画の推進
データサイエンスコミュニティの育成と分析品質の向上
意思決定文化の醸成と分析活用の促進
応募資格
統計数学物理など定量分野の大学院卒PhD尚可
PythonRなどによるプログラミング経験5年以上
MLニューラルネットなど予測モデルの実務経験5年以上
製薬業界のGo-to-Market領域での分析経験
SQLやデータベース操作バッチ処理の自動化経験
グローバル環境での柔軟な働き方が可能な方
