SUMMARY: The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and department in all areas including employee relations staffing compensation and benefits administration and training. This position maintains accurate records personnel files and the Human Resources database. The Human Resources Assistant assists in carrying out policies and procedures throughout the Human Resources (HR) department.
