David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Junior Business Development Officer for their Asia Markets that speaks either Thai Malay or Korean.
Position: Junior Business Development Officer (Asia Market)
Location: Remote within Thailand Malaysia Korea
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the business development team in identifying onboarding and assisting external partners such as affiliates and referral agents.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and market opportunities.
- Manage daily communications with partners ensuring they are updated on relevant products services and initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of business proposals presentations and performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support and smooth partner experience.
- Participate in internal training sessions and industry-related events as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) as well as Fluency in either Thai Malay or Korean with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in business development account management or sales support (experience in fast-paced or digital industries is a plus).
- Strong communication organization and multitasking abilities.
- Self-driven motivated and eager to learn and grow within a commercial role.
- Proactive mindset with an interest in partner management and business growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and consistency in task follow-through.
- Team-oriented with a desire to develop into a more senior position over time.
