Job Description
Working in the Finance team as an Accountant where youll play a key role in supporting the financial health and strategic growth of CVL Cosmetics South Middle Europe SL.
This position is essential to ensuring accurate financial reporting compliance and operational efficiency across our luxury cosmetics brands: Valmont lElixir des Glaciers and Storie Veneziane.
Youll collaborate across departments acting as a financial liaison to external advisors managers and legal teams while contributing to the continuous improvement of our Finance-Accounting processes. This role reports to the Accounting Director EU and functionally to the Chief Finance Officer Europe.
Main Tasks & Duties
Manage expense notes and ensure policy compliance.
- Prepare cash flow projections to support business sustainability
- Execute monthly and annual closings and financial reports.
- Oversee tax filings and coordinate with external advisors.
- Post supplier invoices and track invoice receipt.
- Liaise with banks consultancies and tax advisors.
- Preparation of month and annual closing and reports
- Support payroll follow-up and ensure accurate accounting entries.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration Economics or similar.
- Proven experience in a similar accounting role.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
