The Opportunity
Escape to one of the UK s most stunning island locations and take on a key kitchen role at a 2 Rosette hotel restaurant. We re looking for a talented Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering fresh seasonal and memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations

Prepare and cook dishes to 2 Rosette standards ensuring consistency and quality

Help plan and execute menus with creativity and seasonality

Train supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff
-
Manage stock ordering and supplier relationships

Maintain high standards of cleanliness hygiene and food safety

Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
About You
-
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a high-quality kitchen (Rosette/Michelin desirable)
-
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a brigade
-
Solid knowledge of cooking techniques ingredients and kitchen operations
-
Organised and able to thrive under pressure in a busy service

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
-
Culinary qualifications are an advantage but not essential
