Were working with a much-loved beautifully restored country pub just outside Henley-on-Thames. The kitchen currently serves around 40 covers with plans to grow to 70 alongside a brand-new bar area. They champion seasonal menus and locally sourced produce and its a great time to join as their next Chef De Partie and develop your craft in a supportive ambitious kitchen.
Live-in accommodation is available on site (400 per month) making this a great opportunity if youre looking to relocate.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Chef De Partie
- 37000 to 45000 per annum
- Paid overtime
- Live-in accommodation on site for 400 per month
- Flexible contract to suit you 40 to 48 hours
- Fresh seasonal menus with real input on daily specials
- Genuine progression as the site expands
Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Owning your section and delivering consistent high-quality dishes
- Prepping fresh ingredients and maintaining excellent mise en place
- Working cleanly and safely upholding food hygiene standards
- Supporting service across multiple sections when needed
- Contributing ideas for specials and new dishes
What were looking for
- Experience in a fresh food kitchen at Chef De Partie level or a strong Commis ready to step up
- A calm organised approach during busy services
- Pride in presentation seasoning and flavour
- A team player who communicates clearly
