3-5 years of experience in accounting with strong payroll and tax background
Experience with HR functions and employee administration
Strong knowledge of tax regulations
Prepare and file corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax obligations
Calculate and remit employee withholding taxes (federal state unemployment social security)
Handle quarterly tax filings and year-end tax documentation (W-2s 1099s)
Coordinate with external tax advisors and respond to tax authority inquiries
Stay updated on changing tax laws and regulations
Vendor & Accounts Management:
Manage vendor relationships and maintain vendor master files
Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Negotiate payment terms and maintain good vendor relationships
Track and manage company expenditures and budget compliance
