Job Description
Job Title: Microbiologist
Location: Raritan NJ 08869
Shift: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)
- Bachelors degree in Microbiology
- 2 4 years of microbiology/laboratory experience
- Perform routine and non-routine microbiological testing on raw materials in-process and final products
- Conduct Bioburden Growth Promotion Water Testing Endotoxin Testing Identifications Vitek Environmental Monitoring (Viable-Air/Surface Non-Viable) and MODA tests
- Document and interpret results accurately against specifications
- Review data and release inspection lots in the material management system
- Calibrate and maintain lab equipment; manage supplies inventory
- Support laboratory investigations technology transfers validations and R&D projects
