Job Summary:
The Capital Project Manager will oversee and manage a portfolio of capital projects. This role involves coordinating resources ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget and managing stakeholder relationships. The manager will also be responsible for risk management documentation and developing project plans.

Responsibilities:
- Inventory and manage capital projects portfolio.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Provide guidance to the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the development and deployment of project management standards guidelines and processes.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans.
- Develop spreadsheets diagrams and process maps to document needs.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 5 years of proven working experience in project management.
- Proven working experience in technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel Word Access or PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Knowledge of transportation PA system and requirements.
- Knowledge of transportation station signage equipment and systems.
