Job Description

POSITION: Customer Service Rep

FULLTIME:10/06/2025- 10/05/2026
LOCATION: Pennington NJ
SCHEDULE:
Onsite 5 days a week
PAY RANGE: $21.00/HR paid weekly
(Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

About the Department

Health Benefits Solutions supports consumers with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) offered through employer-sponsored benefit plans. The team provides clear accurate information and guides members through inquiries such as filing claims ordering/replacing debit cards resetting passwords suspending lost/stolen cards and accessing statements.

Training Schedule

  • Hours: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM EST

  • Onsite during training period (must be able to work in a virtual onsite setting)

  • After training you will follow the shift selected at time of offer

Available Shifts (first come first served):

  • 10:00 AM 6:30 PM (MonFri)

  • 10:30 AM 7:00 PM (MonFri)

  • 11:00 AM 7:30 PM (MonFri)

  • 11:30 AM 8:00 PM (MonFri)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing account-related inquiries clearly and professionally

  • Navigate multiple computer systems while engaging clients and entering accurate notes

  • Assist with transactions including claims card requests and account troubleshooting

  • Resolve and de-escalate difficult situations with respect and professionalism

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

  • Communicate effectively with customers peers and management in a fast-paced call center environment

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of customer service experience (call center or similar high-volume environment preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word and PowerPoint

  • Strong multitasking skills: ability to navigate multiple screens/systems quickly and accurately

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (professional grammar required)

  • Ability to work under pressure adapt to change and embrace coaching

  • Reliable punctual and committed to attendance expectations

  • Ambitious self-motivated and professional demeanor

Workplace Expectations

  • Dress code: Professional business casual (required for interviews and work)

  • Cell phone use: Allowed only in designated locations and at designated times (per manager guidance)

  • Attendance: Consistent daily attendance required; proper call-out procedures must be followed

  • Punctuality: Up to 16 hours of time off allowed in first 90 days; no time off recommended during training

  • Onsite training rules: No personal items (e.g. blankets) permitted in training space

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
  • The ability to lift up to 30lbs
  • Use of computers and technology
