Qualifications & Skills:

Hands-on background in installing servicing and repairing HVAC systems.

Strong diagnostic abilities with a knack for resolving technical issues quickly.

Solid knowledge of both mechanical and electrical components used in HVAC equipment.

Ability to interpret construction documents schematics and equipment manuals.
-
Professional communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
-
Capable of working independently while also collaborating within a team setting.
-
Must hold a valid drivers license; HVAC-related certifications are an added advantage.

Familiarity with industry safety standards and adherence to best practices in all work performed.
Responsibilities:

Follow directions and job plans provided by the supervisor.

Anticipate project needs by identifying required materials in advance and noting potential scheduling conflicts.

Provide clear instructions to installation helpers to ensure they understand their role on each assignment.
-
Oversee and coordinate the work of temporary staff or subcontractors to maximize efficiency.
-
Keep the service vehicle organized and stocked submitting a replenishment list to the supervisor weekly (every Monday).
