The Marketing & Creative Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the people processes and platforms that support the Brand & Marketing team to deliver high-impact work on time within budget and aligned with strategic objectives. The role ensures the seamless end-to-end execution of marketing and creative projects and campaigns including resource allocation workflow coordination administration asset management production services budget oversight and procurement.
The role drives operational excellence and consistency enabling the team to focus on delivering meaningful brand-aligned outcomes and act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. As such has this role plays a critical role in strengthening CNs connection with its stakeholders and the broader community.
