The Principal Engineer will lead implementation of new automation tools and technologies projects across MedTech Quality Product Release processes to drive growth delivery quality and cost improvement. This exciting role will benchmark industry technology trends and incorporation of human centered automations innovations to introduce new technologies in alignment with business needs and strategies involving multiple franchises and functions. They will collaborate with various multi-functional customers and will coordinate and implement improvement opportunities. They will lead process improvement implementation in achieving target outcomes which includes chartering metrics identification planning detailed schedules achievements risk identification & mitigation of risks including coordinating and execution of organizational change and communication plans. They will capture and translate customer insights into solutions that deliver value for the MedTech Manufacturing sites and product release related processes.
They will lead all aspects of global programs including identification and de-risking commitments and issue resolution. They are a change agent leading management and delivery of global program portfolio including process simplification and technology enabled addition to implementation of automation and digital solution programs applying process excellence tools & methodologies they will be responsible for building and mentoring local teams on adoption of new practices and skills that will help sustain improvements.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$100000- $173500Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
