Location: Santa Clara CA (Onsite)

Job Description:
As a SysAdmin you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability security and efficiency of our infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the success of our high-tech initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the infrastructure including servers network devices storage systems and virtualization platforms.
- Install configure and troubleshoot operating systems software applications and hardware components.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the companys data and systems from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Monitor system performance and reliability identifying and resolving issues in a proactive manner to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Plan and execute system upgrades migrations and patch management activities adhering to best practices and minimizing disruptions to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives providing technical expertise and guidance for projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation including system configurations procedures and policies to ensure effective knowledge transfer and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure productivity and user satisfaction.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to system emergencies outside of regular business hours as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role in a high-tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems as well as experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware Hyper-V).
- Strong understanding of system hardware and remote management via IPMItool iLO iDRAC etc
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell Bash or Python.
- Familiarity with network protocols security principles and ITIL framework.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.
