Job Description:
We are seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a background in Supply Chain Management Business Analytics Industrial Engineering or related fields. The analyst will support daily operations reporting and process improvements within the supply chain function while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise systems and analytical tools.
Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing supply chain processes including procurement logistics inventory management and demand planning.
Collect validate and interpret supply chain data to generate insights and recommendations.
Support demand forecasting supply planning and order fulfillment activities.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on supplier performance order status and inventory levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement operations logistics finance) to ensure smooth flow of goods and information.
Identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations for process improvement and cost savings.
Maintain supply chain databases dashboards and documentation.
Assist with ERP / SCM system configurations and troubleshooting (SAP Oracle or similar tools training provided if required).
Stay updated on supply chain trends best practices and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Industrial Engineering Logistics or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP data analysis); knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP / SCM systems (SAP Oracle NetSuite or similar) is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic business needs.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the supply chain and operations domain.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau).
Basic understanding of supply chain KPIs (inventory turnover order accuracy lead times etc.).
Internship or project experience in supply chain procurement or logistics.
