Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst role involves working in the Information Technology industry focusing on analyzing complex data-driven business problems and recommending solutions. The analyst will collaborate with technical and non-technical teams design and optimize data workflows and create data-related documentation. They will also lead data-focused meetings and present visual data models.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data-driven business problems and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Design and optimize data workflows and data management processes using modeling or mapping tools.
- Write Epics and User Stories including acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain data-related documentation including data dictionaries business requirement documents and data mapping specifications.
- Design and present visual data models and dashboards.
- Lead data-focused meetings and interviews document outcomes and drive resolution of data-related issues.
- Analyze complex data-driven business problems and recommend actionable solutions.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in data science Computer Science Information Systems Business Analytics or a related field.
- Hands-on experience as a business data analyst in the Information Technology industry.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience writing Epics and User Stories.
- Experience creating and maintaining data-related documentation.
- Experience designing and presenting visual data models and dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead data-focused meetings.
- Bachelors degree in data science Computer Science Information Systems Business Analytics or a related field.
- Hands-on experience as a business data analyst in the Information Technology industry.
