Assistant General Manager (AGM) Opportunity in Benton Arkansas
Were hiring for a rapidly growing brand and were looking for dynamic leaders to join the team! As an AGM youll play a key role in driving our mission to serve high-quality food create an engaging customer experience and foster personal and professional growth among our employees.

- 2-5 years of leadership experience with teams of 10 members
- Strong sense of personal accountability and desire for development
- Flexible work schedule availability
- Familiarity with talent management processes
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to create a positive engaging culture
