We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the operations of a prestigious high-end facility. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious leader to oversee a premium environment where excellence in service experience and performance is the standard.
The Role:
As General Manager you will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of the facilitys day-to-day operations. Your role will be to ensure every guest and member enjoys an unparalleled experience while driving the commercial success of the business. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a luxury setting and understands how to deliver world-class service while achieving strong financial and operational results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of an exceptional five-star member and guest experience across all touch points.
- Oversee daily operations aligning performance with the highest standards of service and presentation.
- Achieve ambitious sales growth retention and revenue targets.
- Build mentor and inspire a high-performing team to deliver excellence at every level.
- Drive premium marketing events and promotional initiatives that elevate the facilitys brand and reputation.
- Maintain world-class standards in service compliance and safety.
- Manage budgets effectively ensuring financial targets are met.
About You:
- Experienced in senior or regional management ideally within high-end facilities hospitality health or leisure.
- A proven leader with strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving and exceeding financial goals.
- Skilled at building strong collaborative teams and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Polished professional and confident with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about health fitness and wellness with the ability to inspire both teams and members.
- Holds a current CPR & First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Business-related tertiary qualifications are desirable.
