General Manager REGEN London Streatham
Salary: 35000 bonuses
Location: Streatham London
Are you ready to lead one of South Londons most vibrant and ambitious fitness clubs REGEN London Streatham is looking for a dynamic people-driven General Manager to take our community to the next level.

What youll be doing:
- Driving sales and revenue growth while keeping members at the heart of everything
- Leading and inspiring your FOH and PT teams with a hands-on approach
- Managing club operations to a high standard from facilities and safety to member experience
- Building relationships with local businesses and the wider Streatham community to grow our reach
- Creating a culture where staff and members love being part of the club
Who were looking for:
- Someone able to fully take the initiative in driving sales through innovative campaigns competitions and membership activities we want someone bursting with their own ideas to make things happen
- A natural leader with experience in fitness hospitality or retail management
- Someone target-driven but with a genuine passion for people and community
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to inspire others
- Organised proactive and able to manage both strategy and day-to-day operations
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced high-energy environment
