Job Description
Responsibilities:
- System Design & Integration
- Develop and implement software interfaces to facilitate communication between hardware software and external systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and interface specifications.
- Ensure compatibility and interoperability between system components through rigorous testing and validation.
- Requirements Analysis
- Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into interface specifications.
- Document and maintain system interface control documents (ICDs) and design artifacts.
- Interface Development
- Design implement and optimize APIs protocols and middleware to support system integration.
- Work with software developers and hardware engineers to ensure interfaces meet performance security and scalability requirements.
- Testing & Troubleshooting
- Conduct interface testing including unit integration and system-level testing.
- Identify and resolve compatibility issues performance bottlenecks and system anomalies.
- System Maintenance & Support
- Maintain and enhance existing software interfaces to support evolving system requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to teams involved in system operations and integration.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including interface specifications user guides and test reports.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on system status risks and improvements.
