Seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Developer with strong leadership skills to guide our development team and ensure high-quality scalable backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Excellence: Develop optimised bug-free applications with strong MERN stack expertise
Code Leadership: Review and mentor junior developers code ensuring best practices and standards
DevOps Mastery: Handle Docker Kubernetes Jenkins AWS Redis and complete CI/CD pipeline management
Team Management: Guide junior developers participate actively in meetings and take ownership of projects
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges with creative solutions
Technical SkillsRequired:
Expert in MongoDB MySQL
Strong DevOps skills: Docker Kubernetes Jenkins AWS Redis
Advanced understanding of MERN stack fundamentals and concepts
Testing debugging and performance optimisation expertise
Production Scale Experience (Mandatory):
Must have worked on production projects serving 10000 concurrent users
Hands-on experience with scaling backend systems and handling high-traffic applications
Proven track record of optimising performance for large user bases
Experience with load balancing database optimisation and caching strategies for scale
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Proven mentoring and team guidance experience
Strong communication and active meeting participation
