ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client a coworking spaceis seeking a F&B Manager.
Location: Glyfada Athens
Working Model: on-site
You will be reporting to: Managing Director
What you will do:
Acting as an F&B Manager you will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations managing staff ensuring quality service controlling budgets and coordinating with different departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
More specifically:
- Lead train and motivate F&B staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Develop and implement operational policies SOPs and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory ordering and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Handle budgeting forecasting and financial reporting for F&B operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
- Oversee reservations event planning and special functions when required.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
- Support business operations with office management duties including scheduling reporting vendor management and internal communications.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and restaurant management software (POS systems reservation platforms etc.)
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations budgeting and cost control.
