- Warm friendly and approachable you love people and it shows
- A team player who can also thrive independently
A background in customer service or front-of-house/reception is a big plus.
Key Skills
- A true customer-first mindset
- Confident communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with tech particularly Outlook Word and Excel. Open to learn new AI technology.
- Great at prioritising and multitasking
- Positive can-do attitude someone who sees solutions not problems
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Be the first smile people see welcome members and guests warmly and professionally
- Know your community greet key members by name and understand their business needs
- Answer calls and handle enquiries efficiently and graciously
- Keep the Front of House immaculate professional and inviting
- Ensure guests are signed in and equipped with access cards
- Support meeting room and facility checks to ensure everythings ready
- Occasionally host tours for potential members or visitors
- Help organise and run business and social events
- Guide customers on fire safety and health & safety procedures
