Job Description
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering physics materials science mechanical engineering or related fields and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- 2 years of experience and proven track record with one of the following: OLED display manufacturing OLED evaporation / encapsulation process OLED device physics optical & material characterization or related OLED display process
- Masters or PhD
- Experience with various OLED processes: lithography-based OLED inkjet printing vapor jet printing quantum dot white OLED etc.
- Experience with early-stage technology evaluation and development
- Experience with simulation and analysis: Direct simulation Monte Carlo (DSMC) structural / thermal Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- Ability to model OLED evaporation encapsulation color filter process or photolithography
- High degree of flexibility able work autonomously and creatively drive project results independently
- Able to handle multiple projects programs and strategic development efforts without direct supervision
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration with diverse teams and cultures
