What Youll Do
The Cook works under the floor supervision of the Production Chef and in coordination with Sous Chefs Kitchen Attendants and other members of the Nutritional Services team. The Cook will prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes. They ensure food quality safety and presentation while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.
- Responsibilities include meal preparation cleaning and customer service.
- May operate cash register and assist with conference room accommodation.
- Cross-trains with other department members.
- Follows recipes documents food temperatures and maintains stock levels.
- Responsible for cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.
- Relies on instructions to perform job functions.
Who Were Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Must obtain Food Handler Certification from an ANSI accredited program within one month of hire and maintain current status throughout GRHD employment.

- Pay Range: $19.43 - $21.15 /hour (based on experience)

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
