The Jobs Mission:
As a Sales Representative you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Strykers world-class Orthopedic Instruments covering Limburg North Brabant and Zeeland provinces of the Netherlands. Further details on our product portfolio can be found via this link: it is in the operating theatre trade shows or clinical meetings you will conduct such inspiring product demonstrations that surgeons and hospital staff cant help but say yes to your sales this role you will develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical and economic expertise.

Your key responsibilities:
- In your new role you will start with an intensive familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about theproduct portfolio and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
- You will implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with surgeons hospital administration and purchasing departments.
- With the product knowledge you have built up you advise and train surgical & theatre staff on its O.R use during workshops.
- You will be responsible for customer care for surgical theatre staff hospital administration & procurement with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
- Furthermore you will prepare orders for interested customers and will also be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up to ensure a timely delivery date and thus a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You will participate in trade fairs congresses and business meetings to find potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
What are we looking for
- You already have gained - 4 years of sales experience preferably within medical devices or similar industries like pharmaceutical.
- Capital Equipment sales experience is a plus but not a must.
- You hold a bachelors or masters degree in the field of medical technology health management business administration or other science or technical career.
- You hold a valid drivers license.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written Dutch and English is required.

- Adaptability: you are as equally comfortable showing surgeons how to use our equipment during a live surgery as you are going through a finance plan with Purchase Department.
